Morning workshop

Grounded is a practical workshop exploring simple Zen practices for settling the mind and coming back to the body.

Through a series of guided meditations, we’ll explore the felt experience of being grounded, and how this can support us in everyday life.

Drawing on the Rinzai Zen tradition, we’ll look at practical ways to work with distraction, overthinking, screen-heavy days, and the feeling of being overstimulated or drained.
