8 Week Course


This eight-week mindfulness and meditation course in Liverpool is a practical introduction to meditation and mindfulness, rooted in the Zen tradition. Each week, I’ll guide you through clear, structured practices that can support your health and wellbeing in a real and lasting way. The course is suitable both for complete beginners and for those who already have some experience of meditation and would like to deepen or refresh their practice. This course follows a structure I’ve taught before, with a slight lean towards creativity.

You’ll learn how to work more skilfully with stress, depression, and pain, and how to meet the pressures of daily life with greater steadiness and clarity. We’ll explore how stress affects us and how mindfulness helps us respond rather than react. Over the eight weeks, you’re likely to notice that something shifts in how you relate to stress, in how you think, and in how you meet your life.

The course runs for eight weekly sessions of around 90 minutes and includes guided meditation, practical exercises, and ways of bringing mindfulness into everyday life.
